A Worthwhile Investment of Your Time
(Article In Progress)
Getting Started:
The first thing we have to do it take the wheel apart.

Remove 6 screws on back of case and 10 screws on the bottom around the perimeter.

3 screws hold a block that holds the locking wheels in place
and also hold the bottom plate on. One screw is a little hard to get at, but it
can be reached with a little persistence. When all 3 screws on each block are
removed, jiggle the base a little and it will come off. --
Jiggle it a little it'll open ![]()

Lubricate the teeth on all the pulleys with white Lithium grease. A little goes a long way. You'll have to gently pull the belt out of the way to get at them and rotate the wheel to get at all the teeth on each pulley.

When you're finished lubricating, wipe the excess grease off the outside of the belt, then reassemble the wheel.
